Oh Frannie, looking at Sam Elliot will never get old! I'm probably gonna embarrass someone with this, but 5C kinda reminds me of Sam ;) I was never a big Paul Newman fan tho, but he's easy on the eyes!

Tracy, you and Moo are babes still. I finished my first year of college the year I was supposed to graduate high school, 1978. And yes, blame me LOL! I can make my hair any color Kempo wants :p

Hmmm, I have never seen 5card, but if he reminds you of Sam Elliot I now see him in a new light!

I think there is two kinds of hot, your typical handsome guy and then there are those that are not so much handsome, but are just dripping sex appeal any way. To me Sam Elliot falls into the second category!

I was in elementary school when you were finishing your first year of high school! Funny as I near 42, I'm not feeling that young! So Bov, who were the teen heartthrobs when you were in high school as most of the people on my list were not yet famous?

I think the only blame you really can own is getting me started!

LOL!!! Well, I guess I can always change my haircolor as well. Lord knows it's only blonde these days with a lot of help!!! Without that "help" it's mostly mousy brownish with a few glorious grays mixing in. Blah!

You are not kidding about the age spread between my kids, and boy do I feel it some days! The older 2 are from my 17 year marriage, and the best things to come from it! ha! My youngest is of course with Bo, who happened to be a high school sweetheart BTW. She may not have exactly been "planned" at 40 (ACK!) but I couldn't imagine life without her now.

Oh yes Moo.....the boys and cars yet to come? Fun, fun, fun!!!!

I almost had a little brother when I was 18, but sadly my mom miscarried some where between 8 and 9 months.

My bestest oldest (not oldest aged, but I have known her longer then anyone) friend had a baby right after Thanks Giving. She will be 42 in a few months. After spending a week in her house, I gotta say I am glad I am done! I don't think I have the stamina for a new born at this age... It was a nice place to visit, but I would want to live there! At least you are well past the midnight feedings and all the joys of the first few months, and if the terrible twos aren't behind you they will be any moment.

Not fun, fun, fun! I really wish I could just lock her in her room and magically skip these next 4 years or so! And in todays day and age, there really is SO much more for us parents to worry about. Internet Stalkers and stuff. And of course, all the boys she is interested in are way to old for her... but then again they are younger then the ones I took a fancy to at that age!

Further thoughts on the above post. If you do not include the Lindberg kidnapping, the first child kidnapping that the public was really aware of, was Adam Walsh. Interestingly enough Adam was the same age as my husband, who is 3 years younger then me. I am not saying that kidnappings did not happen prior to this incident, I am just saying that parents were not as aware of it, so it was really not something they had to worry about... So along with everything (boys in cars, internet stalkers, teenage pregnancy, piercings, drugs which aparantly kids are doing at a younger age and so on) In todays day and age we also have to worry that someone will snatch our kids at the bus stop!

I just can't wait until she turns 18!

Kempo, I heard Freebird until I wanted to puke LOL. Probably one of the main reasons I prefer deep cuts and more obscure music. And being raised in the south ( and at the risk of offending some) I can barely stand most southern rock.

Yes, I was the bad girl who dated the lead guitarist who's band played the high school dances ;)

Good job Mod!
