I never could get interested in the vampire thing.

They are my guilty pleasures that I usually don't tell people about! They are not shows I would suggest to others (only due to the embarrassment that I've sat through every episode) Currently it is the Vampire Diaries and I refuse to miss an episode.

I also don't miss an episode of Super Natural... But because mod watches it to I won't put it in that category.

Really you are finding Dexter Slow. I'm surprised. It has been so long since I watched season maybe it was. It certainly won't be slow when John Lithgow spends a season!

Moo, I'm gonna keep watching it, I like the concept. I think it's slow for me starting out because I'm just getting familiar with the characters. When I watched 24, I thought it was slow until near the end of season 1. Maybe slow isn't the right word...it just hasn't made my .... grip the chair yet lol

OT (for this thread!) I took the top cap off my BP and it took me forever to get the damn thing back on, it kept cross threading. I wasn't able to fix my loose spinning wheel tho :glare:

What is CW? having a brain fart...

I ordered the first 3 seasons of Supernatural.

Well just remember, although I watch it religiously it was a suggestion from Mod not me, I still put it on the cheezy shows I watch list.

Unless of course you find you are enjoying it, then I suggest it!

Seriously though, if nothing else, the younger brother with dark hair is kind of a hottie!

Really not much eye candy in the show. But as the show and dexters character grows it really doesn't need it. Each season they bring on a new "big bad" to either be Dexters friend or enemy (and in some cases both) I can't remember who each one is but there might be a cute one! The two best were Jimmy Smits and John Lithgow the latter of course being the best. Not because he is eye candy. That was the season the hubby started watching and he is hooked now too!

John Lithgow is an amazing actor, one of the best IMHO!

I never watched NYPD blue, but Jimmy Smits had a short lived TV series called Outlaw, it was one for a few episodes, then moved to Saturday nights (which is never a good sign) and finally disappeared... I was ...... when they did that!

And yes, you will get an entire season of Jimmy Smits on Dexter and another incredible season of John Lithgow!
