Spent all morning trying to get the bank to take my name off the joint checking account and they won't without both of us there together...or unless I pay the $300+ that it's in the hole Also went to social services to see what I need to get that ball rolling.

MIL told him to get out this morning and told me I have a roof over my head as long as I need it...but that is subject to change as her mood changes. She also won't stand behind forcing him to move out most likely.
