I really appreciate the kind words and well wishes from everyone.

I started smoking to be more mentally alert when i managed a grocery store in Tennessee. After i moved to other Jobs and didn't need it nicotine turned into that relative that refused to go home.

I was tired of THR smokers cough coughing anf gagging up that sludge in the morning and always snelling like an ash tray.

I can't tell you how happy i am to have nicotine OUT OF MY LIFE!

Ive been cigarette free for 4 years
Ive been Nicotine free 1 year and 3 days.

I guess I am a hopeless case ... I am helplessly addicted to nicotine.

In Feb, I will have 3 years of vaping under my belt, and have been cigarette free for all this time.

I get no craving at all for cigarettes, but I am still "tootle puffing" on 5 mils per day of 15mg Nic juice.

BTW ... They sell Ekowool in either hollow braided or non-hollow.

I prefer the non-hollow variety (seems easier to pull through the premade / premounted coil)

Have heard of Luminocity but never visited it.
