I think twists with a good delivery device are hard to beat I.E. Protank, EVOD, T3, etc. I don't think upgrading to a Provari will be as dramatic an upgrade like going from cigalikes to a twist is. In order to upgrade from twists it's going to take $$$ and time. If you’re already happy with your set up then why not spend some money on different juices instead? Try a bunch, see what you like and then if you find yourself wanting more, upgrade. I know a lot of these threads leave the impression that to truly enjoy vaping, you need to drop a boatload of money on gear, but that’s just not the case. Plenty of folks on here have been happily vaping away on Ego batts for years. I own a Provari with a Kayfun, expensive? Yes, but it gives me the quality vape I need while being reliable and very hassle free. Something that I didn't get from other devices. My situation is probably unique, I am in the Army, I needed a rugged device that would survive in the harsh environments that I frequently find myself, spinners and protanks were dieing by the score, but it was mostly due to my clumsiness and the 120 degree temps. Even with a high end set up at home or out and about I will still vape a twist and will always recommend them to folks just starting out or without the need for something higher end. You have just beat the Cig monster, sit back and enjoy your freedom. ……and DRINK WATER!

@ landman, they offered me that exact kit haha. But I wanted to do my own thing because I figured the kit would just be an opportunity to upgrade. Seriously considering that protank unless someone here can convince me otherwise.. Does the protank not work as well with the eGo twist 1000? I like the bottom coil systems.
Protanks are great, you can modify and rebuild the heads down the road too if you want to try your hand at it. Some find the draw on the airy side, some like that. I personally prefer the vape from a bottom coil device as well. If you end up likeing the protank and want some bling and to use your own drip tips check out the Tatroe tanks from cigtech, they also have a US made protank base now that’s supposed to be stronger and tighten up the draw some.

At least they didn't just stick you with the ego-c starter kit. After a month, having upgraded the battery and switched to a t3s tank, the "kit" is just a battery charger for me, lol.

I have a VV battery as my primary, but I'm quite content with my standard eGo 650 battery for most vapes, and will likely always have one or two around for backup / low hassle setups. Having a relatively compact and no-fuss combo is nice when running errands, etc.

Grooveon: VV means variable voltage. You can turn the battery voltage up or down, resulting in a hotter or cooler burning coil. Certain flavors may taste better when vaped at higher or lower temperatures.
