Ditto to Everything Said. When I ordered from Jack before I even ordered he took an hour out of his tme on father's day and explaine d everything about the 10 to me in detail. I also have got to say I love his NO BS attitude whne asked aboiut the safety he gave the most honest answer I will not tell you this is Safe, what I will tell you is through my own personal research and my own experiences I feel that this is significantly less harmful than smoking analogfs.

I found it refreshing whereas many e cig marketers are like Healthy alternatkive, buit guys I mean Healthy? no healthier, but sometimes when I am inhaling it I think maybe this isnt too good inhaling chemicals so I was thinl\ing they should make a vaporless e juice that just gives you nicotine fumnes.

antywyas Jack is great and I will say thisd he honolurs hios warranties The first month I went throiugh serval attys adn he replaced 2 for me becuase they died after a week of regular use, strange?> I dunno but the last two he gave mne are going on 6 7 weeks and 4 weeks.

I just ordered from Jack a couple hours ago and already recieved an email about my purchase and some advice about the batteries I ordered. The guy's answering at 10pm his time?! Now I am impressed. I was worried about even receiving my product being a newbie and not knowing where to buy from but it's being sent out tomorrow and just from the service provided a few minutes over the phone, I will definitely order from Happy Vaper.com if I decided I like the world of e cigs. Knock on wood that this isn't premature and the product is good lol. :thumbs: Now the hard part of waiting for the delivery!

you gotta work 24/7 to keep an happy clientele. its working.. I sure am!

I made my 7nd order this morning, since June 17, 2009..

Hi!

Just received my new Happy 510 "kit and kaboodle" from Jack at happy vaper.

First of all, Jack is awesome! he gave me a lot of tips and tricks to make my vaping experience a lot better, he's a really cool guy. i can't insist enough how he's cool :)

i will make all my orders from him for now on. he's the guy.

the guy is not only a seller, he gives tons of advises. and when i say tons, i really mean it.

Just picked up my 510 Jack sent out at the post office a half hour ago. Speedy delivery, wasn't expecting it till Thurs! Thanks Jack! The first batt and atty work! havent tried the 2nd one yet.
my 510 comes in a couple hours :) i was willing to wait till tomoro, but seems they're more eager to get me vaping than i am lol...i was terrible on the phone, ive had too much caffeine today, but he was patient & probably knew im all jumpy cuz its been a long time coming! :D

UPDATE: well i just met him & got my 510! so far so good!

well it was a rocky start with my 510, some ups, downs & frustrations...but i think i'm almost fully satisfied with it now...for me, lung inhale makes all the difference & i only drip now! in many ways, for me, its proven to be more convenient than prefilled/filling/topping off, but i won't bug yall with those details...anyways, i am now getting the throat hit i want & clouds of vapor like the video reviewers...the only thing missing now is i gotta try more flavors!

PS. i was half joking about going into the vaping business some day, i think its more of a real possibility now! :p

Hey guys,

New vaper here, nice to meet you! I actually just found out about vaping a few days ago, I finally decided to purchase a full 510 kit from Happy Vaper and it was such a great experience. Jack and I spoke on the phone, where he answered all my questions and gave me tips on what to expect. The same day that I placed the order, we met up at a bar in the evening and he trained me, it felt great to vape/smoke in a bar again :D! Now, 1 day later, I have only smoked 1 analog (since I have no nicotine fluid yet). It's been great, I have already started mixing and came up with a few interesting flavours, my favorite is currently Capuccino Chocolate Mint, yum :) I feel like such a chemist haha. It also makes for an interesting hobby.

Jack is a great guy, honest and down to earth. I gladly support Happy Vaper!

I have been meaning to go through this thread and re-read all the entries. So today I finally did just that.

It is truly amazing to see how many lives Jack has touched. For me he played a major role in getting off the analogs (125 Days now). It is very unique in this day and age, to see someone that cares more about the customer than making the sale.

Twice I met with Jack to pick up hardware in a public place and both times while we were having a regular conversation (while vaping of course) we were approached by curious onlookers.

After taking time to explain what a PV was to these curious onlookers. They asked if they could purchase a kit from Jack, on the spot. Of course Jack had some kits on him, BUT both times Jack advised them that he would rather give them his business card let them go home do some more research and call him up if they had further questions. After that he would be glad to meet up and sell them a kit.

I am sure that everyone who has posted to this long thread before me can attest to this.

This is why I am proud to say that all my 510 PV's have an Smoking "HV" on them.

Got my 510 kit from HV on Tuesday (#369) and I couldn't be happier. Don't think I can add too much that hasn't been stated in this thread already.

Jack has the most amazing customer service and like everyone else he will be my #1 stop for all non nic related items. Even though I was not new to vaping Jack provided so much information that I learned a few new things myself and this was before my package had even arrived.

Add me to the list of lives that Jack has touched as I am 1 happy vaper :)
 
Jack Rocks. It's amazing how big a reaction people have to quality customer service. Today the expectation is so low that when a vendor goes out of their way to help... it leaves us slack jawed.

Spent 2 weeks driving Jack crazy with questions and concerns before making the plunge. He held my hand through the whole proccess. The transaction completed yesterday so I am now eagerly awaiting the mail man.

Hoping my hardware and nic (from another vendor) will arrive close to the same time :)

Just want to chime in on this thread. I asked about Jack's products in the supplier thread and he answered promptly. I spoke to him on the phone the morning that i ordered the 510 K&K kit and he was more than happy to answser all of my questions. He shipped my order about an hour after i placed it and I got it 3 business days later.

Anyone on the fence about ordering from happyvaper should just go ahead and do it. You wont be disappointed.
