I would like to ask the forum about my 510 that lately has had a very hard draw and gets hot after 3 or 4 draws. My assumption is that it is clogged. Agreed? I will try the hot water rinse method. Is that the usual method for cleaning an atty?

I never cleaned my old 901 and it seemed to work fine for a few months before expiring. Do most people regularly clean their atomizers? If so, how often do you clean yours?

Last thing, does VG have a greater potential to clog an atty due to the higher viscosity?

Thanks for your input and suggestions.

Before you go runnin fluids through your atty, check out this thread and see if it helps at all.

I generally clean my in use 510 attys daily by:
Cleaning the threads with paper towels / Blowing through from the batt side into a paper towel.

I've not lost an atty yet, but it seems the 510's do need regular maintenance to keep them runnin well.

Also, yes VG is MUCH more likely to clog an atty based on its viscosity. Daily cleaning is going to be a necessity!

Good luck!
