I never received anything after ordering from eliquid or royal smokers. They could not get the address right and then cancelled my account on their website. I am almost sure there are many on this forum that pump their products that are paid by the seller. Or at least get product from them.

At the present you don't know what you are going to get even when you buy from a US supplier (basterdized cartos not the revered R4).

Don't get me wrong I am using some R3's that I got from wordupecigs that are great with the PTB mod. And I'm talking better that a LR atty direct drip. It just sucks not being able to get new ones.

I had my run in with them, when i recieved my order of 10 new styled 510 pcc's.(last month) After attempting to comunicate my issue - that all 10 of my new PCC'S would not charge a battery - due to the contact spring in the pcc was set to low, so when you placed the battery in its charging slot and you closed the lid ,it did not push down the battery. they wanted me to use skype for my communication -i don't have that, this is how it went:

Is there a other kind of instant messenger you use, it might be possible that the R&D will need to monitor or support in live? It will be easier to do this by webcam.
Are you sure you dint push but screw the battery inside the PCC ?

The R&D has reply me , and we need to adjust the distance inside from the PCC, we will send new ones , meanwhile we check what is the best thing to do for these faulty ones.

Thanks for getting back to me. while looking at the construction of the pcc - it is too bad they put a rivet in the upper part of the case and not a screw. might have been able to fix it over here. 8^)
I was going to look for some black double sided tape, like they use to stick on auto trim .about an inch of it in the lid. it just might be thick enough to depress the battery to make it charge. what do you think/advise before i try ? the battery and spring bottom out fairly quickly, but it might work.

That was on oct24 - and i never heard back from him/them. I decided to try the tape fix ,As The people i was selling the vaporizers too - wanted and needed a PCC .... Well the tape fix worked and i decided to send Martinez a note and a video incase any of their other customers ran into a similar issue as i had and who, like me couldn't wait the 20 -40 days round trip to get the pcc's replaced. - here's how it went yesterday. Clearly something was lost in translation - as I was letting him know that i was able to fix them and sell them at my cost. so no worries.

Hi there Martinez - I was able to stick a small piece of tape on the lid to get 4 out of the
10 pcc's to charge so far-I sold them at my cost due to the factory defect.

Hi there Martinez, I decided to make a quick video for you guys showing a quick fix for the PCC issue i had, where the spring was installed too low for a battery to charge. the only correction i need to make for this video is - i used peel and stick tape instead of 2 sided tape. I think this is a heck of alot easier if your customer does not want to mail the units back to you.

We make each month over the 80K of this PCC , we know Perfect how to make it ! We no need your support for it and less a online video of that, it’s like you want to show we aren’t smart enough, for your information we have less than 2% faultiest in our factory and score compare other factories very well , you need to understand a factory in China is human labor so mostly mistakes or errors you can’t avoid, we only can hope the QC works more precise . Many people comes and go, so maybe a new one didn’t the job good or the QC didn’t see it. Anyhow good you fix it. You had just bad luck with you PCC , it doesn’t mean that all the other 79999 are bad we make each month. Try to believe us more , try to understand that customers order so much with for the good things we offer and with good reason , it’s not so easy to all 100% perfect I can tell you.

So there you have it - maybe he had a bad day who knows:p - i do know, I will be sending stuff back to them in the future. i did LMAo at the "Thank you my friend and his Best Regards ending" heheh.

Maybe it's a good thing I couldn't get them to give me a shipping quote. I got tired of waiting and went elsewhere. I liked the price, but the initial shipping said $72. Other Chinese suppliers charge around $20 for a smaller order like mine would have been. (3 lbs) They fiddled around and told me I could do this or that, and when I did this or that - short of actually paying - I got no estimate for delivery costs.

Thanks for posting this stuff. I wish I had have found it earlier.
