Oh dear lord, will it ever get here? I have been waiting for almost 5 days for my Halo Triton. I am so excited after lurking around the forum and talking to some fine folks to start vaping. I almost went to the gas station today and bought a ....ty $5.99 e-cig, I didn't do it, because I want the experience to be everything I hope it will be, but damn, the post office takes forever. Priority mail 2-3 day service. It shipped out from Halo Monday and is still not here................O.K. rant over. Somebody tell me something funny or interesting or something while I burn my lungs some more with another analog. Please.

Have patience. The USPS can be very slow and overseas an eternity. There is a lesson here if you have no vape shop near like me. Stock up with spares. Once you get off tobacco cigs it will help you not relapsing from "Being Out". Also make sure you have a high enough nicotine level. It took me 3 months of using both because I was trying to quit with 6-8mg. It is also becoming apparent that cartomizers do not deliver as much nicotine as tanks. Keep that in mind. Stay here on ECF there is a lot of help!

I was in your shoes last week. It took forever for my first Halo order to arrive. Seems USPS packages coming this direction sit in Raleigh for days. Kind of ironic for an e-cig in Raleigh. Good news is I've been analog free since it finally arrived on Monday. Second order arrived much quicker.

Wow, I thought it was just me. Ditto on the slowness and frustration of the USPS. I now avoid ordering ANYTHING from California or Florida if I can help it. Living in a small rural town in the middle of the country (which means I order 3-4 shipments a week). I understand 2-3 days usually means 3-4 here but in the past 6 mos. its degraded to 4-7 working days - (8 from Newegg).

Tracking shows packages pretty much "bouncing" around distribution centers near the vender's city for about three days. wth?

ETA: And that's if I get tracking - half the tracking numbers I've received lately show zero info when looking them up on the USPS website.

Good move on avoiding the gas station Ecigs. (Blu, Njoy, ect) Those weak rip off sticks that lie about how long they last (by about 90%) steered me back to tobacco for about a year before I learned about real delivery systems.

We have private contractors in some areas of town including mine. Once it gets here, it is out that day or the next and to my house.

If I order ground from newegg, it goes FedEx in about 2-3 days to here and handed off to the USPS.

Yeah, but you are on the west coast. I've only lived out here in the sticks for 4 years or so - when I lived in Dallas 2-3 days meant 2-3 days. Then again, that was ~four years ago.

Once my packages land in Omaha I typically get it delivered that day -and Omaha is over an hour away. At least my local guys are moving.

I always thought 4 days was pretty fast considering they sort your package into the pile heading for your state at the sorting facility, they ship your package across the country in a cargo plane, unload it, sort it, all this sht. Its not just the act of doing all this, but they have to pay every hand it passes through, the rocket fuel for the planes, the gas for the mail trucks. I mean I always thought it was a pretty amazing feat that for 2.50 they get a package with one bottle of juice across a country & to your door in 3 to 4 days. I live on the east coast, and it doesn't matter if I order from the east coast, or california, I usually get everything in 3 days. When it takes 4 days, I get disappointed, because I always go to the mailbox on the 3rd day excited for my package. But sometimes it does take 4. 5 days is just unheard of. I think thats a pretty cool feat that our nation has going for it considering 60 years ago everything traveled by train. & the entire bible belt relied on mail order catalogs for everything from their clothing to some of their important medicines. and 100-110 years ago you relied on horse and buggy and it took 2, 3 weeks to get that new dress for your annual yearly family portrait. Now thats how long we wait for a bottle of juice to come from china.

Oh, FedEx "Express" (I think that's what they call it) is the worst! The FedEx part is fine but then they hand it over to USPS where one waits, and waits, and waits. And yes, part of this is the price I pay for living so rural but also what makes it necessary to order on line. Some days I long for pony express.

Funny thing, coming across this post. I just went through my recent bout with USPS just yesterday.. Ordered a new Halo G6 kit for my wife and I. Halo company is literally 2hrs from us, NJ. Took 5 days priority to get here and when it did finally go "out for delivery" it never made it. At home all day waiting, says notice left no one home?!? Called PO and figured why bother arguing, they're never wrong, I just said listen, when not if your courier comes back with my package, please put it in my PO Box that I have for my business, so I can stop by at night and pick it up... SMH. So twice in 2 months I've had to go and "pick up" a delivery. I would however like to note, it was a sub both times.. My reg mail courier is the best, why, because he actually cares! So next time you don't get a delivery from USPS, ask if it was a temp or sub that day, chances are it will be.

Go figure.

For the second time in January the USPS carrier in my area has delayed delivery because they chose to not deliver to my neighborhood the day my priority mail package was due according to the USPS tracking. I get a message that the package was not deliverable that day and a note was left. Problem is that the carrier was never on my street and no note left. I know this because not a single footprint left in the snow on the sidewalk and I was home all day. I spent 70 minutes on the phone with USPS waiting to talk to a human but stayed in the loop of annoying messages about 2 day priority mail. I e-mailed customer service in the beginning of January after the first delay with no response and again yesterday and I'm sure I will get the same this time. I keep hearing about stopping Saturday delivery, hell around here they already completely skip entire streets for days. Seems that the carriers make their own schedule and the supervisors are in agreement with the situation, maybe it'show they save $ in their branch. Been watching for the carrier today, hope I catch them shuffling down the street.

Dude, five days is absolutely nothing. I've been waiting for two packages for about two weeks and a half. Still no clue about where are those packages, because the tracking service is absolute bull..... All I see is the date my packages were recieved and they only say they're "in transit". I called the post office where they arrive and found out they can't even help me because everyone here in mexico are a bunch of mediocre burocratic lazy ....ing .......s.
