Has anyone ever experienced this?

Well I figured out if I increase airflow with the flavor I don't have a problem (been using the same airflow for about 5 months)

Wouldn't this happen from too much vapor?
This juice has less vg so shouldn't it be less vapor than my other juices?

Just confused on why I need more airflow with the juice or I can't exhale.

I'm not too sure what's causing the issue you are describing, but pay attention to how you inhale, your posture, the wick saturation and voltage.

You need to give the inhale a steady draw, not too slow or not to fast depending on the atomizer build. You also want to have somewhat of a decent posture for low builds, not saying you have to it upright and proper, but it has an effect on lung capacity.

Oversaturated wicks can cause issues too. Similarly, an underpowered build can have the same effect. This is often overlooked.

I would say its the nicotine, but if you've dropped down already, it might not be.

If you have a regulated device to put the build on try increasing the voltage compared to what your mech outs out. Partially unvaporized liquid that isn't fine enough can cause the coughing. Even though the resistance is low its still possible you used too much wire for a mechanical and its not vaporizing fast enough.
