I live in a border town and found out there was a supplier on the US side so Pestered hubby for 40 min to take me there.. lol

And of course it was pull ALL the trucks crossing into the U.S into the garage day for inspection  .. I was carrying a pouch with extra batteries, extra cartomizers and had it in my jacket pocket. I was like oye! now it's gonna take me half hr to explain what I got and what's it's for. To my surprise the officer didn't even bother taking the pouch out of my jacket pocket all he wanted to know was where was my wallet since I am not a purse girl.. lol

Crossed no problem.. hehe!

Just thought I would throw this out there lots of cops smoke and lots of cops vape. I have converted four of the seven cops at my detachment to ecigs and they all love it. I can address a couple legal Issues. if it is simply a possible distracted driving campaign in Ontario it would be a Highway traffic act offence that is not followed with any seizure authority. for example you drop your favourite mod while driving and while reaching for it. the ecig is the distraction but it would still be just a straight up careless charge and your ecig would not be seized. short of using it as a weapon it will not be seized. as genereal rule your average everyday cop is not responsible for enforcing health Canada violations that generally falls under your local health unit and The RCMP even their enforcment authority is minimal. Cops are people too with families and lives trust em they have much better things to do then worry about you using an ecig. I vape right in the office and nobody has ever told me to stop. I am not speaking for every cop as you are always going to have that one A** hole in any group that gives others a bad name, but in general that is the way most cops view it just as the CBSA doesn't care about people crossing with their personnel use ecig cops dont care either.

Note: I apologize for the horrible grammar and punctuation but my keyboard is failing.
