Hi,

Over the weekend my friend let me try some of his store bought liquids. There were 2 that I really really enjoyed.

one was a juice called "jerry's juice" from steamjuice.us, and the other was a b&m house brand called "white airhead".

The jerry's juice tasted excellent, but it's probably too complicated for a beginner diy'er like myself, but the white airhead seems like it could be a simple recipe.

Has anyone tried making a airhead candy flavor?

so this is my conclusion from reading the almighty internet lol. but I did see it several times. white airheads are all the flavors. they take whats left over from making the other one and make candies from it and do not add the dye. the mystery flavor may have a little bit more watermelon than strawberry in one batch or vise versa or whatever. they do not always taste exactly the same. always close but never the same. if you bought 100 bags from 100 different cities at different times you could probably pick out small differences in the white airheads.

LOL The white airhead is the "mystery flavor" It could be any flavor airhead, watermelon, cherry, strawberry etc. Its just a mystery because they don't add die or tell you what it is. But it is just a random flavor of theirs for you to guess which flavor it is.

Ahhh! In that case, I have lots of white airhead juice. I just call them bottles missing their labels, but "white airhead" sounds more sophisticated.

There is a guy on reddit that claims to have worked at the airhead factory. He posted a pic of a massive spill of the candy onto the floor. Later in the thread he mentions that the mystery flavor was usually whatever flavor they had the most of. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these airheads consisted of more than one flavor. But in my experience with the candy, the white airhead has always tasted like one of their regular flavors.

White airheads in my experience are most often strawberry, and occasionally cherry, i know cuz my fiancé's favorite airhead is strawberry and they dont sell them around here, i buy her the white ones all the time cuz there strawberry and once in a while we get a cherry and i eat it :p

Has anyone been messing with making airheads. It seems to be it would be FRUIT FLAVOR + SOUR + GUMMY CANDY. You just need to add something that tastes like gelatin or whatever it is. Modified Food Starch = What. Is there a starchy flavor additive? This would do the trick. TFA Grape Candy seems dead on flavor for the Grape airheads btw.

no; it's always the same - tropical punch with a heavy pineapple element

I would try maybe:

5% TFA Gummi Candy
3% FA Pineapple
3% FA White Grape
1% TFA Sweet Woodruf
1-2% TFA Sweetener
1% FA coconut
0.25% EM

The gummi flavor is already likely sour enough as it is; I don't have the most experience with it though - just picked some up fairly recently
