New customers have every right to be frustrated--but most people here have a history with Steve, and up until 1) the big move 2) the juice issues 3) the Hong Kong ban, he really did earn that first-rate reputation...
He was one of the pioneers of the 9.95 atomizer (when he first announced he'd be selling them for that price, the immediate reaction was "what's the catch!?") but there was none, he was the first US seller that wasn't jacking the prices up to abnormal amounts. Until Steve, we were paying 40 bucks for those things.
Plus he had a practice of shipping HOURS after you placed your order. (I used to order at 8:30pm EST, knowing he was 3 hours behind--I'd get the stuff 'cross-country in 1-2 days!)
I've talked to him enough (before the move) to know he REALLY IS a first-rate guy. He's probably so blindsided with issues right now...
I don't blame first-time buyers for being fed up, but I can also understand why the old-timers are willing to hang in there...
