I don't understand the math, but they are saying vaping is not 95 percent safer. Rather, it's thousands of times safer.

Welcome. I am guessing policy-makers read this forum, so I imagine it's always good to post studies that help them set evidence-based policy.

The evidence that vaping is harm-reduction is fairly well accepted. But what is interesting about this study - appears to be that they used good metrics to show the actual amount of harm-reduction.
