They were ok to me a little hot bc I think they are actually .2 ohm it fired a bit warm to me. I am partial to .5 and up. If you pm me an address and name i will send you a couple so you can try. I have the vertical style but if you carefully bend leads you can use horzontal. The leads are a bit fragile. One was broken when I got these.

I keep .6 , .4 and .2 Notch coils. I love them for rebuilding stock vertical coils. I use the .4 in Atlantis/Triton/Melo3 style coils. .6 rebuild my Joytech AIO coils. .2 rebuild my Joytech Delta 2 coils. So easy to install and they lightup super fast. I always keep about 30 of each notch coils in my vape box. CHEERS!

does the wick catch much in the notches?
Don't notice wicks catching but after I use once I throw them out and install a new one. I buy them with a wire on opposite and diagonal ends for installing them vertical. I have never used notch coils horizontal or in a dripper/RDTA. Just use them in stock replacement atomizers. Hope this helps. CHEERS!
