Favorite build yet on the RM4. Dual 26g coils, 7 wraps on a 5/64" bit = .39 ohms. Little Koh Gen Do cotton and some Nicoticket Absolute Creme Brûlée in the tank. This is right on par with my Cyclone AFC. I think the Cyclone hits a little harder, but the flavor in this RM4 is outstanding. Bravo, Rob; I hope the RM5 is as impressive.

I have been through the rm2 (single and even fought a dual coil into it), cyclone (with and without afc) atomic, (later renamed rm4) the Reactorv2, and I just built a stillare clone b/f with a dual coil 28/6 wrap@3mm and the still takes the cake hands down, super juice hog. 1 squonk= 2 vapes. With the rm2 1 squonk was good for 6-8 vapes. That said the RM5 look very promising. Love the slotted terminals.
I get mine today and am going to try that! I'm running something similar on my 3D/Nemesis setup; dense cool flavorful cloud

I will be selling replacements I wish I would have caught this earlier none of them would have left the shop with these screws . I dont use the atomizer myself after hearing some of the guys talk about it I took a good look at how close together these screw heads are

Thanks Robert, please let us know when the screws are available, or if you can provide the details of the size/thread that would be great too.

I'm a little nervous trying to use this atty when I can barely get a business card between the screw heads.

I'll probably just try to find some compatible stainless screws at my local Home Despot, but that could be hit-or-miss. Any info you can provide will be most welcome.

Got my AFC top cap for my Cyclone, threw it on and all I can say is I'm in heaven. I only have a single coil setup on it right now, but what an improvement... It is pretty easy to dial the cap in as well. Not sure why so many others say its so tight. Works great. I think I have found the end all atty now!!!

Yep, I agree. The rm4 is a close 2nd, but still the Cyclone takes it. Curious how the rm5 will be, should arrive Thursday.

There is a single small hole that can be used for a single coil. That hole it smaller than on the non-arc cap. It makes for a tight draw. I really like the afc model as well. It was real easy to dial in.

I just got my RM4 in yesterday. I can't do really low sub ohm but was able to easily build a dual 30 GA at. 9 with no issues. No issues with the screws. I do notice the cap is a little loose but can adjust that. So far I like it but haven't used enough to make a comparison over my Cyclone AFC or RM2.

I got my RM4 yesterday. Threw in a quick dual coil build (26awg @ .3ohms) and immediately sheared the wires with the screws.

Took some sandpaper to the screw ends and no more wire cutters. :)

Working great so far. Blowing massive clouds and big flavor. Gonna have to tighten up the top cap though, pretty loosey goosey.

FWIW, I've been using the RM4 a few days. Thanks to Quigsworth, I rounded the bottom of my screws before I started to use it. I'll run it a few more days, just to be fair, but so far, here's my thoughts (as a "mouth to lung" vaper):

Massive vapor if you take lung hits, mouth to lung, not so much, in fact, slightly less than the RM2.

Flavor is there, but I suppose, because of the size of the air chamber, not quite as intense as the RM2.

AFC isn't as useful to me as I expected it would be, even on it's smallest setting, too airy for me. But I run my RM2's with a stock airhole and find them "just right".

I managed to build dual coils (using silica wick) that came out around 1.4 ohms. I usually shoot for 1.8 ohms. Way more work than a single coil.

I miss the ceramic base, and I worry about a short with the screw heads in such close proximity.

I may be looking for a trade in the near future, but as I said, I'll give it a few more days of fiddling and adjusting.

OK, there is nooooooo way I'm getting a quad coil in there anytime soon. Deck is fine but the post holes are way too small.

Built a dual .54 rig, good vapor and flavor but needs another wash. Had a hard time with the screws for sure though, every time I went back to check and make sure they were snug they tightened down even further. Going to have to play with it a little to master the build but like it so far.

Well done Rob.

Interesting some are talking about loose caps... I've had the exact opposite issue with 3 of mine... super tight, I just chucked them in the drill and spun them while running a jewelers file in the o ring slots.

Another thing for some of you really heavy handed out there... the 2 neg. posts are just pressed into holes drilled in the deck... If you get a loose neg post don't sweat it or let it fester (you'll oblong the hole)...I've had to re-press a couple with no issues since.

All the little idiosyncrasies of this thing aside, save for my Magma, as an exclusive sub ohm guy that likes a relative coolish vape the Atomic (Rm4) is one of the best RDA's I've used.
