I tend to walk a lot in the warmer months. I would always carry an analog with me, b/c after an hour I was dying for a smoke. I walk a lot inside on the track at the gym too, I wonder how many comments I'll get from that lol

Your heartrate is already elevated when you're exercising...adding a stimulant such as nicotine to your bloodstream is only making your heart work more.
Doing this is a fast track to problems, i wouldnt do it.
