Has Elk Grove stepped up their game?

I placed an order while V4L was closed for Christmas, and it shipped out Monday afternoon. I got my order today! 2 days later!

Usually I'm a 3-4 day wait from when it's shipped, and it's almost always stuck in Elk Grove. I'm thinking that they've finally stepped up their game.

Either way, I'm SMILIN'!

It seems like they have. Ever since we talked to our regional sales rep they have been pretty dang good for us.

I was quite pleasantly shocked to see the bag sitting at my doorstep when I got home from work today! Happy with both my order, AND how fast it got here!

My last one went throught the Chicago PO facility...not Elk Grove. I placed an order to day and pray it doesn't get vandalized in Elk Grove and held there for 3 weeks, then sent to me damaged and incomplete. I can't understand how they've been allowed to treat our mail so disrespectfully. Anyone else would be up on federal mail tampering charges!

We have direct ties to St. Nick!! (and apparently he has issues with Elk Grove - we're going to have to taint his milk and cookies next year)

We never knew it until we got to a certain level of shipments per month and he contacted us.
