I have been smoke free going on four weeks now. Have done a lot of research and have bought items from several venders; bwb, madvapes, awesome vapors, vaperite, freedomsmokeusa. Hats off to you guys. All of the products were wonderful and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I also brought some flavorings from DIY Flavorshack and will let you know about them when I receive my shipment. I have noticed there have been some complaints about overdue or lost shipment and blame being put on the vendors. Well my thoughts on this are stop blaming them and blame the usps. They are the ones goofing up not the vendors. They are doing their best to get your stuff to you. :)

:toast:I will definitely second the "hats off" to e-cig vendors in general. In my few months of vaping and orders from at least 5-6 different vendors, customer service in the ecig-industry is apparently second to none. All vendors I have dealt with have been both prompt and accurate in their order processing. Quite rare really.:toast:

puresmoker
libertyflights
madvapes
cignot
vaporbomb

just off the top of my head.

I totally agree! The vendors I've bought from have been terrific! USPS, not so much. One thing to keep in mind right now is the weather throughout much of the country has been horrific. We've had over 2 feet of snow dumped in some places here. Yesterday they said it was colder here than it was at the North Pole! Many of our vendors may have been affected by this so they may be a bit slower than usual filling orders. Plus, I've only received mail about 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The mailman apparently can't make it through my neighborhood. So I would suggest practicing the art of patience with our vendors right now, especially with BWB. They are definitely worth the wait!

Backwood Brew (BWB) is my first e-liquid purchase and I probably won't bother dealing with anyone else. Amazing flavor (trying 555, ooh la la! , Maxboro, Hunter's Blend-very rich! , and Virginia). This guy is so reasonable and Extremely Fast (rec'd in two days). I can't believe I'm about to give up analogs but this 555 plus the Joye Ego kit I ordered from puresmoker.com have convinced me. I think I'm in love....

I really wanna try Backwoods Brew Juice, but that website has been down for 2 days now. It says :Shutting down for a day to catch up on orders will be back online 2/9/11

When you have juice that is SO good and in SUCH high demand, a 1 man business can get snowed with orders. Don would rather shut his site down and get caught up. He wants to deliver on his products with a minimum of delay and all his customers understand and totally agree.
This speaks volumes about his character. His juice already speaks volumes about his ability to craft excellence for his customers.
We all are willing to wait when needed, because it doesn't get much better in my opinion, and the opinion of a few others as well.:)

BWB is the best juice I have found as well and keep in mind, he is a one man show. Don continues to amaze me with the flavors he has and the complexity of his juice. Like a good mod, sometimes the wait is worth it!

As for other vendors, my list of people that I have had good service from are as follows and in no particular order:

GLV
Cignot
LitecigUSA
Clouds of Vapor
Avid Vapor
Nhaler

I have really only had one bad experience with a supplier and it was eventually corrected so no harm done, just no more orders from me.
