Have you ever been unjured/nearly injured by vaping ?

Hi all,just thought i would share a close call i had yesterday. I was working outside and had my mod in my coat pocket ,i put a handful of small long screws in the same pocket ,a bit later i took a big hit on my vape and nearly inhaled one of the screws ,it must have fallen right into my tank ,luckily i managed to spit the thing out ...

That could have been very unpleasant. I had mine in the same room where I was sanding a door to install, wearing a mask, but when I was done I used my Charon and a poof of sawdust came shooting out.

WOW, Im hoping that your mod was a regulated one, metal objects + mod + batteries could have made for a dangerous variety of projectiles....

I burned my thumb once while testing a new coil for hot spots and then tried to wick it too soon afterwards......

Isnt that about one of the worst? Its always on an important, constantly used finger and almost always because of the burn you end up messing up that build and you have to re do it and ouch.

What worse is making a new coil, testing it and forgetting its not got the top cap on and you stupidly out of habit put it up to your lips .......

I haven't done that YET so thankfully I've avoided blistered lips so far!

Those things fly everywhere! I now clip my wire while standing over the garbage pail. And if not wearing my glasses, I close my eyes at the clip moment. DO NOT WANT WIRE EYE. (As one would expect, there are photos on the internets; I'll do everyone a favor and not link or post, but seriously: safety glasses.)

My only injury has been a very minor finger cut from trying to open my Goblin Mini (v1) when I first got it. Hey, what do you know, it opens from the top, not the bottom! It only took me an hour or two and a finger ouchie to finally figure that out!
