Try giving your teeth and tongue a really thorough brushing, and using mouth wash. And make sure you are drinking LOTS of water. vaping can dry out your mouth, and lead to that "yuck" coating on your tongue and throat.

But, sometimes you just have off days, especially early on. Cigarettes wreck your taste buds, and it can take as long as a month or two for them to truly grow back. You may go through all kinds of weird taste changes in the mean time.

I have had days where everything tastes bad and also days when I couldn't seem to get a decent throat hit. I switch between several units, so it's fairly clear that it's me and not the atmomizer/battery/liquid. When it happens, I switch to something completely different for a few days, like using a different model or regular atties instead of the LR that I normally use. It doesn't help the satisfaction index right away, but a couple of days later when I return to the usual equipment, all is well.
