What is the turn around time for replacement/repair?

Don't know for sure now, but when I sent mine in on Monday I had it back by Saturday the same week. JMHO

What error do you get? Or is it like a major failure?

I thought i had to send in mine.. But a good cleaning ressurected it

It wont fire a lot, and generally I cant even pull up the menu. Then it will decide to work. I had seen E8 a couple times, but mainly with just one cart I had, havent seen it since I swapped it, but I have seen a lot of E1. Using boge carts with tank. I have tried cleaning it to no avail.

Wow, checking the resistance on atty and carts it jumps around from 1.3 to 5.8. Absolutely refuses to fire. Dang, was hoping not to have to send it back. Do the normally just repair it and send it back, or do they send a refurbed unit?

Well since you already did the recommended cleaning then it definitely sounds like a issue with the PCB board. Contact Cecilia at Provape and she can advise you. She will probably have you ship it to them which is what I did. Make sure you send it by Priority with tracking. They are pretty quick with turn around and they will ship it back to you by Priority.

All of the people at Provape are great to work with and work really hard to make things right for us.
