Having problems with Infinity top being loose and battery connection dwindling

Hi all,
Anyone have trouble with the Infinity top cap turning? When I screw my cartomizer in(delicately as always as to not over tighten). It holds in place then when I go to puff on it, it rotates to the left with a click. I then get 2 puffs and it quits until I tighten it again. When it rotates to the left, it makes a clicking noise.
any help or suggestions are appreciated.

At first, the glue he used wasn't holding on some units. You need to get some locktite glue and re-glue the top or send it in so Mike can do it for you. There's other posts on it.

Its a super easy thing to do SAS I have no doubt you can do it! Theres even a link in one of the threads with a picture of the exact product to do it yourself.

Thanks Fellas (both ruppy and 5card)----just got done reading it(the posts and the one with pictures) and am headed to the auto shop. I won't be able to get to it until tonight. Will let everyone know how it goes.

That stuff takes awhile to dry I think. It's been awile since I used any. Good luck.

loctite blue 242 is available at home depot, probably lowes too (though an auto store will of course likely have it)

I think they recommend 8 hours drying time? Being as you are vaping with it Id give it at least 8 lol. I havent used it in ages.

EDIT 6hrs minimum full cure in 24hrs

Thanks to all that answered. Ruppy, I just read your post and had already purchased the blue 242. I am vaping as I type. so far so good. I hope this will hold but if not then will go with the 290 version.

SaS the problem was he wanted them to hold good but still be able to remove them if repairs were needed. He now uses better adhesive for them. That kind you got is used on car engines to make sure the bolts don't loosen so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

That is what I had figured when I saw that the blue was removable....not permanent. But it started talking about torque so I figured that once set, my little fingers would never get it off again. Seems to be working.
