Having Problems with itchy throat

Hello, I just got my Blu Cig starting kit, and I'm very happy so far, I mean the taste is great, the vapor is pretty good, and is my first e cig, so I'm guessing there are betters but for now I'm satisfied. I only have one problem, cause of course it couldn't be the perfect product right? Anyways, when I vape, I get it on my mouth first but when I inhale to my lungs after I'm done getting enough vapor in my mouth, I get a huge hit on my throat that makes me itchy throat, dry and the more hits I take the ''worse'' it gets, but gets to a point where it doesn't get any worsen than it is, if that makes any sense. I have read many posts in many places, including here, but non of them I can't really understand. Some say it can be a reaction to the PG some say the nicotine, and others say it can be the atty, I personally don't think is the unit, or the atty because I mean flavor is good, vapor is good, throat hit, is I think too strong maybe for me? I use to smoke Marlb lights menthol and I didn't have this problem at all. So can anyone maybe help me with this situation, since I'm trying not to touch an analog. I'm getting my nicotine effect and everything so that is holding me.

Any problems or questions please let me know. Thank you in advanced.:)

Bandulete- I don't have my Blu Cig yet so I'm not 100% of this, but from the info that I've found on ECF vaping seems to dehydrate you more than analogs do. Have you been drinking more fluids than usual? That may help. Just an idea.

Absolutely right. Drink plenty of fluids:)

Actually I read that so yes, after my first vaping session I went online and read that so yeah I'm drinking water as I vape now so, but I don't think its helping. I don't know, and I'm sure is not the unit like I said, I think it might be the liquid? I tried two different flavors and the coffee one had less of a hit, than the cherry so. Any more suggestions out there? Thanks in advance.

I have the same deal with my Blu. When I use the carts that come with them my throat gets so dry I have difficulty swallowing. When I use VG only juice it's a bit less. The nicotine is absorbed through your mucous membranes, your mouth so it's not necessary to draw down into your lungs and hold unless you are stealth vaping.

Welcome...and yes,,,it all depends on how strong your nic level is in the juice and also the amount
of PG verses VG juice mixture you use....It took me about three months to find out that for me,
70% PG and 30% VG works for me....But, that is for me...I also drink alot...and even some water also...
Enjoy the Adventure...

I personally agree with PaulCincy...i think it might be the nicotine level and PG to VG ratio....i mean, it does make sense, from what i can tell higher nicotine levels give me different throat hits, also the temp. of your atty or cartomizer might make a diff. The solution to this i feel is keeping your throat hydrated by drinking water and trying lower level Nicotine levels. Try mixing VG with your current Ejuice to mayb Lower the Nicotine level and mayb get better hits. Just mix and match to find what is the best ratio for you.
