Having trouble with my vape

I'm new to vaping and my problem is I have a kangertech kbox mini with a sense cyclone tank. My problem is I took my prebuilt coil pack out (Don't know what it's called) anyway when I put the new one in my vape then kept shutting off and turning on and when I unscrewed the tank just a tad it would stop but say 9.9 and wouldn't work please help. Also took it to my local vape store and they didn't have a clue what was wrong with it they just said for me to get a new box

I am not familiar with the cyclone tank, but on a quick check it said it comes with a spare Ni200 head. From that, I assume the coil that was installed is also a Ni200 coil. It should say right on the coil, so make sure both are nickel coils and you are using them in temp control nickel mode and not power mode.

Other then that, I can't help much since I do not use any of that gear or nickel coils. I am also guessing you might not have bought it from your "local vape store", but they cannot help with things like that anymore for fear of going against FDA regs.

Besides what was stated above also check and make sure it is screwed in fully and not cross threaded
