Look at them Char... the first one the battery voltage takes a nosedive whenever you fire. Of course power and temperature also drops when the battery is really sagging. The second one the battery is almost fully charged and that battery won't sag much since is has plenty of amperage left in the cell. The first one is probably reporting 50% or less capacity left. That last half of the capacity doesn't do well pushing them hard. I normally consider my batteries empty when they get to this point. Oh sure if you can't, you can baby them at a lower wattage for longer and that will buy you more vape time.I am having some trouble with one of my VT75's. I have two, a red and a black. The black one I noticed the vape didn't seem right, rattlesnake sound, so I used device monitor to see what was going on. Screen shot of device monitor below. I am using an 18650 Sony VTC4. Any idea's.. do I have a bad chip? Would a Hard Reboot be something to try? Thanks for any help. I haven't contacted Evolv yet.
I would try a couple of things before contacting Evolv. By the way the bad TC graph reminds me of some of the graphs I had when using UD 316L.I am having some trouble with one of my VT75's. 1. Make sure the settings are the same on both mods (Mod resistance, case thermals, TCR, etc)
2. Put the atomizer on both mods and look at the Atomizer Analyzer to make sure you are getting stable resistance readings (could be a wonky 510)
3. Try switching the batteries between mods and see if the problem follows the battery or stays put (that way you can eliminate a battery problem).
That's all I can think of atm. I'll probably think of more things to add to the list lol. Good luck!
Cheers,
Steve
It is having trouble regulating the temperature and the charged battery sagging that much isn't a good sign either. Do what Steve suggested and if still nothing, then clean the battery contacts with alcohol or something. Here's a new screen shot with a new battery in black VT75. Same battery as I used in the red one above. You can see the voltage dropped but not as much.

Is it still going strong? Any issues so far? I'm having a completely different issue that @Wingsfan0310 is assisting with, but hoping yours is solved! My first Reply from Evolv..
"On the bottom of your VT75 you will see a screw next to the battery cap. Can you try to ensure this screw is tight, as well as the center pin screw on the battery cap?
The one not on the battery cap is the ground for the device/board, and the behavior you are seeing could occur if that screw is not tight and making a good connection."
Thought that info might be good for someone else here.
My ground screw was already pretty tight but I tightened it more. The device doesn't have the issue until after vaping for an hours or so. I am going to vape today and see if the issue returns.

If I had a bigger drip tip I could!!

Well now... this is a spot of trouble.
My attys don't sit flush on my VT133, so while grabbing ones to try I took the Bachelor off the VT75...
... AND THE 510 TOP PLATE CAME OFF WITH THE TANK.
Now it's stuck attached to the Bachelor's base.
No, I didn't crank it onto the mod. I have a dozen JTech mods, including the RX, if that means anything.
Can't unscrew it... off to pop it in the fridge for a bit.
But at the least... this is unsettling.![]()
