FYI, my AWT 26650s came in and they fit fine. Something off with the Basens I got...re-wraps or just manufacturing differences maybe??!? Talked to Stout owners and some had Basens that fit and some that did not, so I'm not unique. The Basens do fit in my Persa 100 and perform well enough.
My Basens fit in my Presa 100s & my VT75.
Does anyone know where to get a CSV file for these for setting up Escribe?

Probably not the answer you are looking for, but here goes. Since most (all) 26650's are re-wraps, I don't think someone else's CSV file will be the best way to go (no way of knowing if the same cell would be under your wrapper). I think your best bet is running the battery analyzer. I searched anyway and couldn't find one. Here's a thread that goes through the proper way to run it if you are interested:

Your welcome. I did search for one though, both in Evolv's forum and a Google search for Basen Black CSV (with and without Black). I didn't come up with anything.

Makes me wonder why you build a 26650 capable device and the only 2 choices are for 18650s & LiPo.

There is an option to load a CSV in the battery section of the Mod tab as well.

Got mine from VapeNW, who isn't known for taking back products for manufacturer issues.
I just wanted to warn people of over-tightening the battery cover. Set screw in the battery cover should be extended far as it can be so that tightning the cover is minimal. It will keep on tightening, pushing the c-frame away from the grip in the process.
Yea vapenw got me, my 1st one wouldn't recognize the usb port, so couldn't charge or connect to escribe, they did take it back, but I had to pay shipping back to them, and then they said it was out of stock, so gave me store credit, even though they could've just put me on the list for the next batch coming in.
Instead I had to do another pre-order for it, but the code no longer worked for it, it had come down $10, but still had to pay a extra $10 to get another one, then count in the shipping, nearly paid $100 for mine, but at least this one seems to working fine though.
Vapenw won't see anymore of my money again.
Well, take it for what you will, but Chris from VapeNW (via Email) offered me an exchange when I wrote to them about the gaps. I didn't even ask for a return, I just asked if it was a known issue. I heard VapeNW did an overhaul on their Customer Service department, and it appears they have. Wouldn't hurt to ask!
Edit: I didn't accept the return, as they didn't have them in stock, but he did say I could return it once they were back in stock (tho I haven't yet, and probably won't.)
I just wrote to HCigar so we'll see what they have to say. I just watched the VapnFagan review and he mentions getting shocked from the battery cover when the set screw is not tight. He kept getting "weak battery" message because the center screw was not making solid connection to the battery. I know it happened to me. Apparently all connections must be tight/solid with this mod..
I've been following this thread since I did order a red one before reading it. Received it yesterday and it does have a slight gap that is only noticeable if I hold it up to the light but otherwise it can't be seen. It's a beautiful deep red.
I am a little disappointed because I can't use a P3 threaded Kabuki using a P3/510 adapter on it. Does not detect the coil... This tank is SS with the same deep red glass... it would have been a great combo.
No problem with other 510 threaded mods though... bummer!
Any suggestions for tanks to use with this? I do have a Serpent mini but haven't tried my hand with building yet.
Right now, it's just sitting in the box.
