Can you do that with the mod locked? Makes it sorta easier to not hit the fire button by mistake.
That's what I did, and yes, it works.
I got a reading of .012 - .013
.0125 X .8 = .01
Please check my math, that doesn't look right to me.

That's what I meant. Any and all protection from hitting the fire button while shorted like that would make me feel better.
I might try it with a few different RTA's or RDA's. Not all are equal, some might be adding more resistance than others.Yes, and I just double checked. Mod Resistance, set to 0. Uploaded to Device, and then Downloaded settings, to make sure.
You don't have to hit the fire button. You look at the resistance in the Atomizer Analyzer of Escribe!Eskie,
You really don't need to worry about hitting the fire button the DNA will current limit to what ever wattage you have it set to. Set at 5 or 10 watts and your golden but to tell you the truth it will limit at full wattage just fine also.
Yes I have done it and hit the fire button and the DNA just looks at me like yeah ok your atty is 0.001 ohms what do you want to test now dummy. Besides you have to hit the fire button to get it to read the resistance.

All I've used for TC so far are Wismec/Eleaf/Joyetech and X-Cube types, is there a significant difference in the quality of vape it'll give me?
IMO the nano is actually nicer than the OG. digging the new battery cap.
I'm assuming the regular versions cap is bigger since it has to be the size of 26650's vs 18650's in the Nano. On top of that since the regular can take either battery they use the pin to secure 18650's because 26650 seem to be a tad longer even though they both should be 65mm long.Would be great if they sell the new cap separatly for the regular version.
Here's a couple of pictures of the new VT75 Nano @Petabread @iamiam

That black one is calling....Well, I guess I need that calibration tool, but I would sure like to see what I'm buying.
@Petabread would you mind posting a picture of the tool? I'd really appreciate it.
Sure. I don't have mine on me at the moment, but here is one that someone shared elsewhere.
It's a 99.9% copper 510 threaded plug. As a reminder, screw it down tight, all the way, and open up atty analyzer, and use that value as your mod resistance. If it is fluctuating between 0.004 and 0.005, for example, you should use the lowest number. According to Evolv, it's better to set it lower than higher.

You're welcome! I highly recommend them to anyone that uses a DNA device. It's one of those tools that you end up using very often once you have one. I have used it at least 20+ times since I got mine last October. That is not what I expected to see. Thanks!

I have 13 DNA devices and I am glad they don't supply them with every mod. All you need is one. It is bad enough I have USB cables coming out my ears right now.I really wish Evolv/DNA device manufacturers packaged them in with their devices.

Calibration Tool for DNA200Would anyone know of a EU seller perhaps? Shipping from the US more then doubles the price for me unfortunately.
