Yeah i hear you. I had read about the fix and that is first thing to do as well as the .csv files for wire and cell. But as DNA200 user i was aware of that so i'm not going in blind so to speak. I'm just a bit "scared" that i have to have 1 extra cell always with me so to speak. But then we all know that we all vape in different ways.

I'm rly looking forward to the VT75 and can't wait to get my hands on it and see what's in for me battery wise and ofc chip/software wise, what the 75 makes different as the 200 one. I just hope that it will be not a "fail investment" in regards to my vape behavior. But i will find out soon *fingers crossed* Btw. i went for the MNKE IMR-26650 mit 3500mAh, 3,6V - 3,7V, 20A/60A Lithium Ionen Akku (High Drain) so i am curious how they perform. Our German "mountainprohet" battery guru said it is "okay". Let's see in a week or so, if the postal service is fast enough :)

Thx for sharing your expirience @Jim_ MDP :) highly appreciated!

Sounds good. And how long does it keep you going? 1 Day? 1,5 Day until recharge?
I am really not a good one to ask about battery longevity. I always carry 3 mods with me when out and about and never use a single unit all day long. I was stranded without a working vape once using just a single setup. I also plug them in as soon as I get home, so my battery level never usually drops below 50% on any of my mods.

The Brillipower should last as long as any other of mooch's recommended 4500 mAh 26650's.

I'll add to what @TrollDragon said. It really depends on your vaping habits, coils you are running, power to get them up to temp, etc.

I'll give you an example of what I'm saying:
The same VT133, same batteries, approximately the same amount of juice used can last me a little over 1 day to about half a day. When I'm using SS430 28ga dual coils set to 420F I get a little over a day. When I'm using SS316 Claptons (26, 32ga) i get about a half a day. The Claptons require a lot more power to get up to temp.

What I'm saying is how long do you get is dependent on a lot of things!

Cheers,
Steve

I've been experimenting using the amount of juice per charge as a gauge since February. And Evolv DNAs gives me more vape per 18650 than anything else I have used. And the wattage, coils, etc. doesn't seem to change it. And I've been routinely getting 8ml per 18650 (like a Samsung 25r). So...

2 18650 DNA200 vapes 16ml worth
3 18650 DNA200 vapes 24ml worth

And I hear tell the DNA75 often gets 8ml per 18650. Now lets compare a DNA to say a RX200. My two RX200 with 3 18650s only vapes 13ml per charge. Big difference, eh?

Unless you're using an old Sig75, then you get .... all, no matter what.

Bitter? Moi?

:p

I stopped caring a while back as different builds use up differing levels of charge but also deliver differing levels of vapor (and nic).
What I found consistent is that I go through about 6500 mAh a day.
Stopped caring about that too. :D

(lol... forgot which board I was on... used a bad word. ;) )

On a DNA, that sounds like about 20ml a day. Is that about right?

No, like TD I use several mods at a time and even ATM only one out of three is a DNA (sorry Steve, I'll figure out a penance later). ;)

Early this spring, I logged every refill for 20 days and it came out to 8.25ml/day.
I had been expecting (just a feeling) about 15 or so... never figured out if I borked the numbers or where.

That's probably a tad higher now thanks to many new toys and the mAh estimate is just that so it may be a tad lower.

I should log my charging habits and see. Or not. :p

We're too freakin' .... about 90% of what we do as is, I hate when I fall for it myself.

eta: just ordered more coffee beans.
Yeah boooyyy... something else to obsess over. ;)

Thanks Nailz... there's another good pic of the difference in the "depth" of the red between the VT and the Nano.

I hear it bugs some people. ;)

Yes I like the red on the full size VT over the nano, seems more vibrant, but the nano still looks good, if it wasn't for the crap battery cap on the nano (mines really bad), then would of gone for the set and got the black nano too.

Battery cap is better on the full sized VT 75?

Yes, have no problem with either of my full size VT75's, but the nano I could hardly get open and then closed again.

I have a bit of a hard time closing the full size VT75. I have to keep going backwards until it falls into place and I'm able to screw it down. Sometimes it takes a while to get to do that. It's a little annoying at times. I can't even imagine it if the nano is harder.
