well, i am. i was able to help hubby cook supper, then able to help clean up afterwards. hubby does what i consider a sunday spread daily. today he put a ham on the weber, made stuffing, creamed peas, and i was in charge of the fried okra. delish....i have such a jewel of a man. being able to be up a little at a time where i can help him makes my day. i am now able to do 10-20 minutes before i sit down. he wont allow me to overdo, cause i pay for it badly the next day and then dont see progress...but now seeing improvement is awesome.....so yes, i am having a great day....thanks for asking.
