First, let me get this out of my system:

Ok, that said it was so cool! I haven't been there over 8 months and the changes are drastic!

Expansion however is still not enough for them as business is growing day by day. That's why they plan to move to a larger location.

I seen all the guys filling orders and the mail truck picking up a lot of orders.

I wish everyone could see what goes on there and how hard they work to make us happy.

Mistakes do happen, (I can understand why) but they are fixed right away!

I think those who complain on forum before getting the attention of cs are wasting precious time ranting.

I wanna thank mark and his wife again for taking care of me!

V4L - no better service out there!

Hehe cool. I agree that people often complain before taking the steps to resolve their issues. I just got a charger that is not doing what it should be then I plug in my battery(The led on the battery does not blink or light up, and the green light on the battery does not change). I however got this on late Friday so I have not had the chance to call the CS so flipping out would be silly. I will call on Monday and go from there.

You can try PM'ing Chadley or other forum mods to see if you get a response... Support tickets are handled Monday morning.

I would suggest trying other outlets, or usb ports depending on the charger... Also if the battery is dirty a bit (black gunk around threads) try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol around the threading and center post to get a better connection going.

Either way, I know they will take care of you.. Hope you have a PT or other vaping methods until you resolve this..

Thanks I do have other vaporizers to use thankfully. I have chargers from V2 as well as a PCC from premium. If these are known to work with out any problems I will be happy to use them. I tried cleaning and that did not seem to work, but no biggie. I will try PMing and calling on Monday, from what I hear getting this replaced will not be a problem.

I wonder if it would be possible to do a day trip for the sake of my Holistic Health class' major paper. Only 5 pages but the teach is old school and doesn't allow but ONE source from the internet. I've toyed with this, due to researching for my own use of vapor products, and ANR (don't worry, it's not a vape related abbreviation).

Bah, wishful thinking with a decent excuse -manic laughter-
