I am cutting my grass at 8 AM (that should make my neighbor happy) and I ain't going out of the house. Since my Bulldog holds in his body heat he will be allowed out side for 10 min intervals. I will stay in all day, vape and watch a Big Bang Theory Marathon..... BAZINGA...... LOL

Welcome to summer time in the South :) Outdoor activities are done by 10 or 11AM for me late May through some time in October. And to think people actually enjoy living here

Great idea! I guess I could also just bring some zip lock freezer baggies, fill with ice and use that? Every hotel has those ice bin things so it could be easy and just keep refilling as needed. I figured in severe heat, it could be a problem for both the PV and I assume not good for the liquid either.

And I guess I can put the PV in my purse on the plane. What have you done with your extra bottles of juice? I'm staying in Phoenix for over a week so I def plan on brining quite a bit of stock pile on juices. I just don't want the TSA freaking out on me if I had a ton if juices in my purse. I'd prefer to just pack up the juices in the suitcase I check in only if I know they travel ok...heat and so forth.

Ziplock freezer bags would absolutely work. Just make sure that you have a towel between your stuff and the freezer bags to absorb the condensation that will be forming.

For air travel, I squeeze out the extra air in about 4 - 30ml bottles and put them into a quart ziplock freezer bag. That will get me through a week easy. That is the only liquid I carry on since I'm only allowed 1 ziplock bag. Place the bag in the bin when you go through security. No problems. :)

After you get through security, put them back in your purse or in your carry on.

Yeah you all get some weird weather in Minnesota. Hell it should be snowing there in late Sept early Oct shouldn't it? LOL... I drive for a company based out of St. Paul/Minneapolis. I remember being shut down there 2 yrs ago for the weekend in the winter. There was no snow on the ground but the day time high was -10 with a wind chill of -19 and the low that night was -15 with a wind chill of -30. The first night I had on a pair of Thermals (tops and bottoms), sweat pants, sweat shirt and thermal socks and that was just to sleep in my truck with my APU running full bore. The next day the 6 of us there doing our 34 hr reset forced the Safety Director to OK rooms for us at the Ramada. He was cool about it. Little did we know we already had the rooms that Friday for the weekend but we didn't know it. I got out of there just in time that Monday because you are got slammed with a snow storm. It is a very cool company. Its a shame I have to retire from them...

That is normal around here. I used to have an older car that I had to install a block heater in so it would start. If I didn't it would freeze solid. Got to love MN!

OMG! 8-o8-o I've hear about you guys up there having to "plug in your cars" because of extreme cold weather. I've never been to Minn, heard it is beautiful, but no offense, I would go APE.... in that kind of cold weather. I mean, that wind chill in the negative teens??? UGH! I absolutely hate cold weather! I do not know how u peeps do it up there!!!!

I used to drive for a company based out of Minneapolis/St. Paul and we didn't talk about wind chills in the negative teens dear.... We would talk air temp in the negative teens and wind chills in the negative  25 and 30s  . The worst wind chill I saw one night up there was negative 42. We had to plug in all trucks and run APUs to keep the diesel from gelling. Then in the AM if you put your truck in gear and it wouldn't move, you had to get out in that temp and pound on your brakes with a hammer. I have seen tires actually freeze to the pavement.

The coldest air I have seen here in Indy in the last 5 yrs I have lived here has been -10 with a wind chill of -22. That was last year in that Xmas Blizzard we had which when they said blizzard I watched the storm. That was snow flurries as to what they have in Minn, North and South Dakota. I had to park one day on the Minn/South Dakota line one mid morning because I was out of hours to drive. I parked about 75 feet from the main building of the truck stop. A Blizzard Warning had been issued. It was a bright beautiful morning with a temp easily of 45 degrees. I got breakfast, was exhausted so I went bact to the truck, pulled my curtain, turned the TV on, laid back on the bunk and was gone... I woke up about 7 hrs later to my truck shaking and rattling and stuff falling out of my cabinets. I turned on my CB and the first thing I hear is another driver telling the guy he was talking to that the winds were at 82 MPH with gust of 100 MPH. I pulled back my curtain and it was snowing so hard that I could not see the truck stop itself. Now I will give ND, SD and Minn credit where credit is due. They do not allow the slippery white stuff build up on their roads. They do an awesome job on keeping them clean. NE on the other hand is a different story. I-80 can be a Semi Tractor/Trailer gave yard in a matter of mins in the right condition as well as WY. Ive have driven in snow so hard in WY that you couldn't see the Mickey Mouse Mirrors on the hood and you lose the fog line on the road so you have no clue as to where you are at on the hwy. Took me 4 hrs to go 10 miles that time. Couldn't stop. No place to safely park....

Its 10:37 AM and its already 84 degrees with the humidity at 90% according to TWC on my phone. My infamous Wings are almost done, My dogs have buckets of water for when they go out to do their thing, I have small bowls of water mounted in the trees around the house for the birds, squirrels and chipmonks, have 3 bowls of water out around the drive way for the poor innocent stray cats and dogs whose owners.... Never mind I will keep my mouth shut on that one. Lets just say that I have more respect for animals than I do some humans around this neighborhood. This is how I got my 3 kittens last year and if I could have gotten my good hand around their momma's owner's neck I would have probably went to jail that day. I am sorry you don't watch your child shoot the family cat in the neck with a pellet gun at close range and then drop kick her across the yard because she retaliates against him. We took her in, took her to the vet and found out she was pregnant. The day before my Bday last year she gave us 8 kittens.... we kept 3 of them. But not all was a happy ending. Momma cat was suppose to be my cat. After the kittens were weened she had a dramatic weight loss and then I couldn't find the pellet that was lodged in her neck. It found its way into her intestines. It was the hardest decision I had to make but I had her put down.

The great side to the is my Bulldog became very protective of Lady Sarah (what I named her). Her previous owner came over before she gave birth to try and take back possession of her. I told him that if he wanted her he was going to have to come in and get her. The stupid SOB opened my door and my 120lb Johnson American Bulldog escorted him right back out. Needless to say the guy never attempted that one again. As a matter of fact he hasn't been back over since.

I hate it when I get so long winded.... Geeeeeze. Its the pain meds Im on seriously please forgive me...

Bring on the heat in Indy! Been waiting all summer for it...with such a lousy winter last year and looks like an even colder one on it's way, I plan on loving every minute of it!

This is my first summer vaping. We live outside in our pool for the most part, so I have been cautious to keep our vaporizers from overheating by keeping them under the tiki hut.

I was concerned about air travel, as we have a vacation planned to Turks and Caicos. Should I pack our juice and such differently for travel outside the US? Thanks in advance :)

Wow you really think we had a bad winter here in Indy last year? I thought it was very mild with the exception of the Xmas Blizzard and that was a joke. I remember back in the day when where I am originally from (Louisville) would get 5Xs the amount of snow then what we got here last Xmas..

As for packing your equipment for your trip: I would pack your Mod(s) in their cases in your suit case and tell the inspector at the airport that it is in your back. To make the inspection easier on you and them it may be wise to have the spec sheet that came in the packaging of your Mod(s) with you so they can see it. Its not a requirement but with all of the different Mods floating around its better to be safe than sorry. As for your juices. I would imagine that you will have to pack them like you would have to pack your Shampoos, mouth washes, etc, etc, etc... You are only allowed certain sizes and quantities of bottle liquid. Let Airport security know what those are as well. Something else that may not hurt to have is the Vendor's name, address and phone number from where you purchased your equipment and juices so they wont question its origin. I know that all of this sounds like a pain but from what I understand they have extended the terrorist travel threat through Sept. As I stated earlier: Its better to be safe than sorry....
