On my cold-turkey cig quits I got horrible cramps. Part of the detox, I believe. Drink lots of water to speed up the exit of the toxins. You'll prolly feel better faster.

When I read cramps I thought of foot cramps - the ones you get in the middle of your foot that hurt like hell. I got those when I first started vaping. Prolly had nothing to do with vaping but we seem blame everything on vaping. Foot cramp? Vaping did it :) Seriously, hope you're feeling better quickly. Be well.

I find for me more than 20-30% VG in a juice gives me gas. I use PG w/ 20% or less VG.

LOL, Glad I'm not the only one.

I've posted a few times but never really introduced myself. I was a pack a day menthol smoker for 41 years. I purchased an eCig and have not had an analog since 9/29/11. I am a firefighter, was a fire chief for 20+ year, and in 2000, I had a plaque rupture in a coronary artery causing a blood clot. It happened after a very vigorous training session at the fire house. During my ride to the hospital in the ambulance, I broke out in massive sweats. The smell from all the chemicals that the analogs introduce into your body, coming out of my pores was awful. I remember thinking, is that smell coming from me. I'm lucky to be here today. I arrived at the hospital emergency room with a blood pressure of 60/0. There was no damage to my heart, fortunatly. Being at the fire house was the right time, right place to be able to get to the hospital quickly. I know smoking contributed to the issue I had. Like a fool I started smoking again after I recovered. Finally in September of this year I purchased an eCig and the rest is history. I'm happy, my family is happy and my friends are happy I am off analogs. I can breath again, no more erratic heart rate and no more smokes outside in sub freezing temperatures in the winter time. Maybe I can get active in the fire depatment again. Like the others that have posted, If I can do it, anyone can.

Now if I can get the DIY juices figured out I will be golden.
