has anyone ordered from them before Electronic Cigarettes Wholesale Distributor,Vape,e-Cig,eLiquid,Flavor - HealthCabin that can vouch for them? and how long does it take to ship your order once you've placed one?

I have used them once. DHL shipping ended up being 8 days or so. Shipping charges based on weight so be prepared for 20+ $ for shipping if you're getting mods or heavier items. Will probably buy from again.

I've made quite a few orders through HC and they are reliable. If you use the postal shipping option it'll be much cheaper but somewhat longer than DHL. Generally, if a website is listed in the Supplier Forum they would be considered a trusted vendor:

I've had good experiences with HC - everything was right on my orders and packaging was excellent. If your order is over 1.5 kg the DHL option becomes a good deal and orders arrive in a week.

Keep in mind if you are thinking about placing an order with any Chinese company that we are getting close to Chinese New Year and they take off what seems like a month around that time. If you place your order while they are off, you will be waiting a while before it even ships. Again that is going to be the case with all Chinese companies.

I placed 2 good-sized orders with them last July. They were both shipped fast, arrived within 5-6 days of my order being placed, and with the best packing/protection of any vendor I've ordered from. They were having a 20% off sale then, and at that time S/H was free for orders over $29. Now it shows International Free S/H on Retail orders $59+, except Clearance items.

On my first order, I also got an additional 10% off because it was my first order placed with them. I don't know if that still applies, but it's worth looking for info on it on their site.

There's still time to order and get it shipped so it clears the country before they shut down because absolutely EVERYTHING shuts down in China for CNY.

Last year...their (HC's) shut down for Chinese New Year was from Jan. 24th - Feb. 3rd. Haven't found this year's dates yet, but should start right about now IMO, based on last year's dates.

I've used Health Cabin (on clearance, so I paid more for shipping than my actual items) but they got here swiftly. I would rate them as reliable, inexpensive, and (depending on shipping options) pretty fast. I think you can safely go for it.

Their Spring Festival Sale dates (30% off except for Clearance items) shown in an email I got on the 23rd, said it was Jan 24 - Feb 24th.

Got the one below talking just about their shutdown dates:

"Chinese Spring Festival Holiday is coming soon. You can check our holiday schedule, and arrange your orders in advance:

Spring Festival Holiday: Feb. 16 to Feb. 19, 2018
But sorry that NO customer service from Feb. 12 to Feb. 21. Customer service is available from Feb. 22."

So, who knows exactly when CNY is, or if they've lumped it in with Spring Festival??

I got some great authentic gear from them last summer when they had some blowout clearance. Now the clearance gear doesn't qualify for free shipping anymore so buy a full price piece of gear to qualify for free shipping then go through the clearance and fill up using the free shipping. They are one of the IMO better overseas sites you can order from. Unless your buying to qualify for the free shipping their shipping charges can be a bit nasty.

I got tons of super cheap clearance mods, tanks, etc from them back when they included clearance items in free shipping over $29. I still buy some clearance items for them as long as the shipping plus price is still a good deal.

The packaging would survive a ton of bricks falling on it. They serious package the items.

Yeah it is the combo of CNY and the Spring Festival that makes it feel like they are shut down forever. It's kind of like our Christmas, and people take a lot of extra time off around these holidays, so even when everything isn't shut down, there are less people working. If you are planning on ordering from China place the order ASAP and pray it makes it out of country before everyone takes off.

Yeah, it's not a good time of year to need something from China. I try to do my last order somewhere around our New Year then don't worry about anything from China till after March. Of course all the Chinese websites will be having CNY sales - hard to resist but I always know they are going to be delayed in shipping/arriving.

Yeah you just have to decide if the cost savings is worth waiting a month+ for. If you are a patient person and not in a hurry to get the item, then you can get some sweet deals. If you are impatient or in a hurry, these are not the deals you are looking for.
