I made my first order from the site Healthcabin....I know its China based so I was wondering if anyone else has ever ordered from them? If so, how long did it take to receive your order and were you satisfied with your products?

on the bottom of the main forum page there are subforums by company..i would go down there and look to see what ppl are saying about them! helped me settle on a company =)

I have ordered from them in the past and my products have been good and delivered to my front door. Shipping is slow as I expected, I always choose the cheapest shipping option.
If I am correct though they are not offering the china air mail for now and shipping is stuck at the higher price. If you do order, make it worth the shipping costs.

I have read several places that orders from China are being held up in customs. I've seen individuals as well as suppliers mention not getting shipments and finding out FDA had confiscated them.

I got a package yesterday from Deal Extreme that was shipped 11/22....Jeez Louise, that's slow. It's not just China; shipping from Europe sucks and has since Nov.

Chineese spring festival seems to bring all of china to a halt for a while. Must be one helluva crazy party over there for a month.

I've had only great experiences with Health Cabin. Never had any issues with customs and items are exactly as described. Turn around time is less than 3 weeks and usually less than 2 weeks if it isn't around holiday's. Like soon they'll be delayed for Chinese New Year. Go for it providing you are not in the dire distress of needing items immediately. If you need stuff shipped and delivered the same week you'd better buy from a US vendor.

Thanks for the feed back I'm hoping anytime between now and the next week then to receive my order since I made it on the 8th of the mo.....A couple of you mentioned customs above, how would one know if it was held up at customs? I haven't even been able to get tracking since the 15th, not sure why that has stopped.
