They don't specify at all. If you use DHL, you shouldn't have a problem with customs.

I have placed around 12 orders with health cabin and have yet to have an issue with customs. The real issue comes if it is marked incorrect but they put very little on it and I think my last said it was a battery tube.
Health Cabin is a brilliant vendor, they have excellent customer service, they answer their emails promptly, they will try their absolute best to help you if a problem arises.
However, and this goes for All vendors located in China, they have no control of the item/ package once it has left their premises, if you opt to use China Mail your items will take a long time to arrive. When it is busy /peak or festive periods it will take even longer to arrive, if you choose China Mail do so before Chinese New Year (10 Feb 2013).
Otherwise, spare yourself the heartache and worry and use DHL, spread the postage cost over the number of items you are purchasing and it still works out cheaper than waiting weeks for your items to arrive.

I find that DHL from china is surprising just as fast as regular usps mail from many US companies. As long as you order enough to make the added cost worthwhile. Chinese New Year coming up tho. Never had any customs problems, but I also have never ordered any liquid.
yea i like them too - my vamo said metal tubes, got it in like 8 days from china to florida thats not bad.

I keep a running list of goodies I want to order from Health Cabin. When it goes over $250, then I place my order. Shipping is free via China registered airmail. It's never been more than ten days from there to Illinois.
Since some of those items have been on the list for a couple of months, what's ten more days?

Was really nervous when I placed an order with them, but the price was just too good (less than half what I was seeing it for online), so I put together a largish order and placed it.
Was very plesently surprised. Order was shipped in a timely fashion and was accurate and complete. I had it shipped EMS. I don't know why, but the mailman did not leave it, but left an attempted delivery card. I am unsure why as it wasn't signature required and it would have fit in the mailbox. I was even home and there was no "attempted delivery"... Unfortunately, that was Christmas Eve so I had to wait until the day after Christmas to get it from the PO. But none of that is Health Cabin's fault.
The package was a plain brown wrapper, wrapped heavily in packing tape. I don't recall anything other than my address being written on the outside (at least in English).
I will order from them again when I need a sufficient quantity to make the shipping worthwhile.

just to add it seems its one of the only china direct that actually offers decent customer service.
How do you pay for orders there? Can you use a credit card? I have never ordered from China but would like to check this out. Never know when it might come in handy.
