Any idea when the heat treated drip shields might be ready? Also the Ming style heat treated tips?

Siouxsie have you ever heat treated one yourself? Ive wanted a Heat Treated Contoured Wide Mouth Stainless Steel T-Tip.... Im thinking trying it.... What do you do, remove the o-ring and just hit it with a tourch? Anyone??

No I haven't. I have no idea if it would be that simple.

Did I miss something? Is David making drip shields and then heat treating them? Or is he heat treating drip shields from another vendor?

No you didn't miss anything. When I first got the shockwave with the heat treated Velocity tip I asked that he consider doing shields and he said he would sometime this year.
