Sounds like the mop head isn't screwed down tight. That's why I had leaking on mine. Also my clear tank tube that came on it didn't seal properly and I had some juice seep out very slowly. I bought the metal replacement tubes and they were fine. Also don't know if you tinker and are able to make coils but they are very easy to rebuild those coils on the vivi heads. And I use cotton yarn not silica wick. Cheap way to go and flavor is much better for me. Either way good luck.

Its funny you say that. I went from a solid metal black one with no issues and now I just switched to a smoke plastic so I could see my juice. Maybe it is my tank not sealing good now. The first rebuild I think the rubber cap might not have been down enough. I fixed, tightened everything and refilled and now Im getting just a tiny bit of moisture on the outside that may be coming from a bad tank seal. I think Ill just switch back to the solid metal one if this keeps seeping out juice. Thanks for sharing your experience on this.

Seahawk...at some point you dig a hole and bury it. Sounds like you got some decent use out of it.

I'm just saying sometimes it's like beating a dead horse. Worse yet, you spend good money on new parts and still don't solve the problem. A new Nova is relatively inexpensive (less than a bottle of juice). But at the same time I admire that you want to get to the bottom of it because that is the way to learn. Your money, your call. Good luck.

I think if you got three solid months of use out of it you did pretty good.

Received order #8156 yesterday. Yep.......was worth the wait. Been on Legend and Nice Pear all day and even for not allowing them to steep they are excellent! Will be ordering much more soon as I plan on stocking up a bit and it will give them plenty of time to steep.

I was wondering.... What is the normal turn around time on orders from HHV? Thankfully I'm not in dire need. But, I am eagerly awaiting my shipment!

Or should I say salivating over it.

Did I just write that down.. :) Anyway... Just curious!

HHV Update: Where we are today and where we are heading...

As of right now, we are space limited. We are working in about 500 square feet of space at the moment with 2 full time mixing stations. In early March, we will be moving to a new facility that is close to 2000 square feet. We will be adding a 3rd custom mixing station right away. We have already hired the new mixer. Please welcome Brenda to the HHV family. Brenda is currently learning the ropes with custom mixing. We feel she will be ready to go when we are in our new facility in March. The new location will also allow us to add additional mixing stations as needed as we continue to grow.

Between now and March processing times will likely stay extended. We are currently processing, mixing and shipping orders received 5 business days ago. We state 3-7 business days on our site for processing at the moment. Our goal is to stay within this range until the move to the new location. Once we are settled in the new location, we expect processing times to creep back down to 2-3 business days.

Please bear with us while we grow. We are moving as fast as possible without sacrificing our legendary quality of product.

Update - she figured it out and is now registered. Yeaa! Just to let you know it wasnt your side, Adam - just her cache.

We are currently running 5 business days out at the moment to mix and ship an order...

Hula, I'm not sure what's going on... We have a ton of customers registered from Malaysia...

Hey Adam. I sent you guys an email just now about an order. I'm only putting this here because the last time I emailed ya I never heard back.
If the orders haven't been put down on the mixing table yet is it possible to change liquids? I didn't realize the levels at which I'd be vaping HA vs. huntsman till now.

Wow...what great service;) Yeah I'm going to have to get another order placed this week. The one and only juice I've tried so far that I didn't order 30ml of is what I have now fallen in love with. That DF is awesome. Hope everyone has a great day...it's freezing cold here...
