Hey all; not a new HHV customer per se; ordered from them a handful of times. I am gaga over their Monkey Mango and, of course, Gandalf. I got a little 3ml of gandalf in my initial sampler pack, dropped it a bit and then put away to chase my sweet tooth for awhile. Man, oh man when i came back to Gandalf it cancelled out my sweet tooth for awhile. I am happily vaping away on 30ml bottle of Gandalf these days and forcing myself to change up less i run out too soon. HHV is just about the only vendor i order from these days; glad to join the "Army"

To those that think Gandalf , DF, PB, and Huntsman are too close in taste. I just wrote this in the "Gandolf" (sic) thread:
They will start to develop the distinguishing characteristics upon age. Now, as to whether you will like said characteristics can only be determined by you. I, on the other hand, can discern these the different juices blindly right out of the box. That is not a super sense but it is definitely due to familiarity with the juices. Many of you have vaped BWB before and can attest to juices like Virgina and Backo being very close. Also, if you have ever vaped Vapor Station you will know that Texas and Tampa are quite similar, and at first, without the labels, you could easily think you were vaping one when in reality it was the other. I could go on, but I am sure you get the point.
Okay I lied....LOL. Isn't Gorilla juice just Bobas with a hint of banana? Yep, that's all it is. It's all about subtlety. If you want vastly different juices, I would suggest buying a non-net, a candy, drink, fruit, and a real tobacco--there should be no problem distinguishing those. Likewise, if you buy all coffee flavors, the similarity inevitability is probable.

Vegetal is a quality of or relating to vegetation; vegetation is of or relating to plants. Tobacco is a plant. If you don't want to taste evidence of a plant, don't mess with juices that are derived from plants. If you want a "tobacco" that tastes like caramel or gram crackers, well, there are plenty of those out there, and one rhymes with "bogus."

I bought two of the mopheads with my last order. I've only used one of them so far and kept getting a burnt taste so cleaned it and haven't filled it back up again. It's probably user error
That's the problem I always had with the regular stardusts.. not having that issue with the mopheads. What do you have your twist set at? Mine stays pretty much at 4.2 most of the time. And you do still have to tip and swirl a bit, just like the regular ones. The mophead is the only stardust-like clearo I've been happy with.
I like that the tobaccos taste similar. There's just enough of a difference in them to make them their own, but still have that analog taste I like when I've had enough of the fruity stuff. Vegetal... I like it!
I am vaping Gandalf 70/30 right now and it is just so damn velvety smooth that I can't help but write a post stating that it is just as good, if not better, than it ever was. I am adding "Gandalf" to my computers dictionary so that when I type it, it shows up as correct. There should be no computer of vapers (in the know) that doesn't recognize the letters G A N D A L F!

Make sure the silicone rubber cap isn't pushing too hard on the wicks closing down the flow of juice. It's kinda like kinking a garden hose... Also, the Mop Heads hit very well and taste great at around 4 volts... That's where my Twist stays when using it with a Mop Head attached...

I recently realized that about half the time I spell it wrong--Gandolf. I'm consciously trying not to continue the mistake.

Placed my first HHV order today. Love trying new "quality" juice vendors. Not a big tobacco fan, so went with a sample pack of the blueberry muffin, tuscan cocoa, vanilla dream, and caramel capp.
I received my first HHV order a week or so ago, due to a thread about universal juice recommendations I only ordered two, Gandalf and Parrothead but wanted to say I will be ordering and trying more for sure. I am not a tobacco vaper at all. Most of what I've tried was NOT to my liking from various other places. Gandalf however...wow. This stuff is amazing. I absolutely LOVE it. So it is true (I think Mr. Mann said it) that this juice will satisfy even those who don't care for tobacco vapes (at least in my case!).
Parrothead is also very very good (I'm primarily a fruit vaper). So thank you HHV (and Mr. Mann!)

Yes Mr. Mann I have officially jumped on the gandalf bandwagon. Lol.
While Gandalf may not be as "universal" as I once thought, I still think it is a juice that every vaper should try. Like the others or not, Bobas and Bounty Hunter need to relinquish their strangle hold on the top two most suggested juices and let the man come through.
