His or her experience is the opposite to my experience with Heaven Gifts!
As a new user I wasn't sure where best to place my first order, and so I picked one at random and by chance it was Heaven Gifts.
The first thing that impressed me was the quality of the feedback I got about my order, telling me it had been received, then paid for, then sent.
My experience with them has been very good, their delivery times (when using EMS) have been good, as little as 4 days from China to Australia, they carry a wide range of products and so far seem to carry good amounts of stock. I have now ordered 4 times, with never a single problem.
Their website is easy to use, they take Paypal which was a must for me and I liked the fact I could order everything I needed, including nic juice from a single supplier, and so pay only one lot of postage. They mark the contents of the package in such a way as to not alert the authorities to the contents, which is important for an Australian as we sometimes have difficulties.
Once you have made your first order you get “points” which may be exchanged for gifts on future purchases, one available gift always seems to be a 10ml bottle of e-liquid in a flavour or strength that seems to change each week, this is a great way to try flavours that you might not normally try, but at no cost!
I shall continue to order from them with great confidence.
