I placed an order from Heavens Gifts a few weeks ago. After about 10 days I began to get worried because they had taken my money but I didn't get any order confirmation. I emailed them and they responded saying that the confirmation must have gone in my spam folder but it sure wasn't there either. However, I did get my order and it took about 2 weeks, maybe a bit longer. I bought 2 of the same product and both did not work so I emailed them 4 days ago and am still wating for a reply. All of this could possibly be my bad luck or there might be something a tad fishy in heaven.
