I have 3 helios devices. 1 authentic, 2 clones (EHPRO and hcigar).

The EHPRO and hcigar have center positive posts that rotate side to side but are still functional. I'm trying to figure out a way to get these posts secured to stop twisting.

I've been looking at different adhesives, and want something high temperature resistant and something that can do the job.

I purchased QuikSteel reinforced epoxy putty.

Heat above 500 degrees I don't feel like should be a problem if I'm working around the center post base or center post insulator. Before I try it, figured I'd ask if this is a good/bad idea.

thanks

I haves used quick steel putty before and it is remarkable stuff.
I personally wouldn't use it in my RDA. I don't think that heat would be an issue, but I would be concerned with my liquid coming in contact with the epoxy and picking up unwanted contaminants.
I wouldn't recommend it personally.
Vape safe.
