Hi everyone, some of you know me already my name is Mariano and for the ones that don't let me introduce myself again.

My name is Mariano Gonzalez and I run the order fulfillment, QC and shipping operation for V4L.
I've been working with Steve for more than a year and I know him for several more.

I can tell you guys that it was quiet a journey to see this company grow the way it did, and I'm glad to be part of it.

I have been out of he forum for a while working hard to improve our service.
Since our company is constantly growing, this carry new challenges, and the whole crew gives their best every day to make our family shopping experience the best one.

From now on you will see me more here in the forum answering questions and taking all kind of feedback or suggestion that can help us to improve our service.
