hi all just introducing myself. 35 from ohio, - quit about 3 weeks ago thanks to the KR-808, have since introduced these to several family members who are now ordering them.
I quit a few years back and went through terrible withdrawal. I have not had any withdrawal symptoms as of now. Did you guys Cough at all when moving to e-cigs? i seem to remember coughing alot after i quit

Welcome! I'm only 4 days into vaping and i'm newer than you. I do have cough in the morning only. I hope i can switch to vaping fully and quit analogs.

Welcome and congrats whip! I coughed like crazy the first month, mostly old tar but it's long gone now. It's a wonderful way to quit smoking. I'm so happy it's working for you!

Hello Whip Im glad to here everything is working for you. I dont know about the coughing but i can say that I'm sure a little bit of a cough is worth it considering the great thing you are doing for your body by no longer smoking

Welcome, and brace yourself, for me the pg loosened all the nasty stuff in my lungs. I didn't get any better breathing until about two months in then the coughing really started, took about two weeks to cough up all the nasties but now I can breath again. Or you could be like my former roommate, she never had coughing fits and starting breathing better right off the bat.

I'm coughing still, it's milder and not as often but still there.. 15 years of tar takes a while to get rid off! It's perfectly normal to get a cough when quitting cigarettes, quite healthy and definitively not as annoying as cigarette smoke!

When I quit cigs back in april I had a some mild withdrawal during the first week and a half, most likely due to the lack of MAOIs. Wasn't terrible, and pale in comparison to the withdrawals I would of had without using the PVs. I had a little bout of coughing up stuff during the first month but I only smoked for a little over 8 years total. Glad to hear everything is working out for you! Keep it up!

when u just stopped smoking, there are few symptoms that u might experience.. its not bad actually, because ur body is healing itself and those symptoms are the side effect.. after a week or two it might just goes off.. that what i experienced.. =)

Yea i coughed for the first week or so also. i think it's your body getting rid of all the crap you've been smoking.
