Glad to join the group. Two surgeries on my neck, c5 and c6 hernias. Looks like the right group for me. Sucks not being able to do what I used to do!!!

So since the surgeries..how are you? Do they follow up to make sure things went right?
My mom had some cement stuff put in her spine to help with fractures. No one ever followed up on that.
