Hello everyone

New to forum so saying hi and wondering if anyone can help with some advice please.
I've had an Ego tank and some cigar and mint flavoured juices for 3 months now but have found atomizers to be a bit hit and miss. I don't really like the tabacco flavours

Looking at trying cartomisers and seen the Boges at Liberty Flights but not sure which ones to get. Can someone advise which model I should get please and do I need to buy a syringe?
Also, if I buy a 900mah xl battery will it work with my existing charger?
I'm in the uk.

cheers, alfienoakes

hi there,

I have honestly been searching for nearly 2 months to get my daily vaping sorted out. I have Ego batteries, ranging from 650 mah to 1300 mah and I used to use atties and cartridge combo which I will say is a major pain in the assss.. after a lot of experimenting and money spent I found Echo-E cartomizers, they are brilliant in my opinion, I have only been using them for over a week but still on the first one, it holds 2.3 mils of liquid in my world of vaping that is a whole day without having to top up, I top it up at night because I am paranoid I will accidently vape it dry. It cost me like $7.00 aus dollar for a pack of 5 and I am still using the first one. Down falls are if you dont like the liquid you pumped into it you have to finish it before filling it with a new one or put up with mixed flavours until you vape it.. good side is you can get it all filled in the morning with a freshly charged ego battery and go all day about your business without worrying about topping up. awesome cartomizers for egos. I also forgot to add that with Echo-E cartomizers you do need a syringe to fill them, just drop liquid into the sides avoiding the straw like wick, I found it works a bit better to slightly over fill them first time (juice leaks out the bottom) and then let them sit for a few minutes, wipe off the bottom and then screw them onto the battery. Try not to vape them dry ( I havent done it yet because Im paranoid of the disgusting burnt taste) but if you are vaping heavily drip some more liquid every few hours

I like the Boge 510 LR cartos on my eGo batteries. $7.99 for a pack of 5. The best way to fill them is shown in the video below. You don't need a syringe unless you use the CE2 style cartos where there's a silicone seal at the top with cuts for a syringe to be inserted.

The Boges can be topped off from time to time by removing the cap on the mouthpiece end and dripping 2 or 3 drops onto the filler. When it's white, it's dry.

Ok, got my boge cartos, filled em up with a cigar flavour in one, mint in the other. I think I did it right, dripped quite a few drops in let it settle for a while then added a few more.
Nice flavour, but there is quite a bit of crackle and the carto seems to get quite hot - have I done something wrong?

Also, trying to find a tank(is that what it is called?) so I don't have to keep topping it up, looking on liberty flights can't seem to find anything.

thanks, alfienoakes

...the crackle is correct...these cartos run hot so keep 'em wet...about every hour, I add 10-15 drops...be sure and keep the center air hole clear by giving the carto a little blow on the barrel end...the Chibi tanks are well thought of unfortunately, I have no idea where you would get them in the UK...keep an eye out for the SmokTech tanks, they seem to be popping up all over(Chinese manufacture) and work well......Happy Vaping
