Not much activity here

Hi, my name is Rayne, currently in Connersville (Fayette Co., practically to Ohio), originally from the Seattle area. Moved out here in early '07, still trying to acclimate to the extremes in the weather and, where I'm at, some pretty crushing problems of adult illiteracy and bigotry. It's been an eye-opener for sure. (and yes, we're looking to move to something resembling civilization eventually)

Still working on getting my husband to switch over to vaping without pressuring him...if anyone has any hints, I'm all ears.

When a city and county have the distinction of being THE place to go in order to get SSDI, it's a bad thing lol. Connersville is holding onto hope that Carbon Motors will actually get their gov't loan and bring some desperately needed jobs this way. Unfortunately, they want educated people, which has not gone over too well with the down-and-out according to a local message board.

Still, Connersville is relatively safe (especially from severe weather) and the people are generally nice. My husband has never lived anywhere else, so possibly moving somewhere else has been pretty challenging.

He gets lost in Richmond half the time (and 100% of the time in Indy ), "because it's so big"...and I'm the opposite: I got around with no problems when I worked as a consultant in Dallas, but for the life of me I still take wrong turns in Connersville. Go figure.

I think my husband would like to switch over--he begs for hits off the eGo from time to time--but I don't think he's yet to the point where he has the patience or desire to 'fiddle' with juice and carts, etc. It's ok if he never does, since I'm fairly possessive about my gear LOL.

Hello from down here in Little Nashville (35miles south of Indy on 135.

Come on down when you're ready for some fun shopping, enjoying the 1600 acre Brown County State Park, and vaping at my olde tyme photo studio in Antique Alley.
I'm still waiting on some vapers to come in and do the "20's or Wild West complete with "smoke".

My husband and I drove down to Brown Co. two years ago to see the fall colors (loved it!) and only briefly went through Nashville. What a cool town! Pretty sure we'll be down your way in the next 6 wks or so (work schedules permitting), and if so we'll be sure to stop in and say 'hi'.
