Hello ECF and a wholehearted thank you

I've been lurking ECF and casually vaping with friends since April and the wealth of information I have gathered here has been astounding. Four of my friends have quit analogs because of vaping and it seems I'm next. Last week I purchased an Igo-L, Igo-W, Protank 2, and a Vamo https://www.fasttech.com/p/1395801.
My next purchase is going to be a Sentinel M16 https://www.fasttech.com/products/1425200. My coils are generally 1.0 to 1.8 and I just need a little advice on which 18650 and 18350 batteries to buy from fasttech that are actually in stock. Thanks !

I personally don't like 18350 devices, they just run out of power too quickly as far as 18650's my friend just bought these and loves them:

i agree with KerryK, i have 2 of the panasonic cgr18650ch batteries and i love them. they are great batteries. i also have AW IMRs and MNKE IMRs, both are GREAT batteries also.

I lurked as well for a long time for 2 years or so using this as one of my main resources for vaping. Welcome. As stated above 18350's do drain fast I like them due to the size but keep 3 more charged on me for any day I'm using them to swap as needed.

I want 18350's for the size also Vapeaddikt, just want to have something smaller when I go and sit at a coffee shop for an hour or two. I guess Fasstech doesnt have a good selection for them.

The 2 18350's I have are the UltraFire and the AW, both are great for what they are. The Ultra does last longer than the AW and I still use both.

Thanks for the suggestion KerryK, I went ahead and ordered those as a spare set.
Found some Efest 18350's on another vendor Efest IMR 18350 800mAh 3.7V LiMn Battery Flat Top or Nipple Tops (2PCS) With a coupon code they came out to $10.08.

Welcome to ECF...glad you decided to join in. Good luck with your vape quest. As others have pointed out, unless you are concerned with the size of the mod, 18650's are generally the way to go with their longer lasting times between charges. If your gonna go with mech mods, an IMR (safer chemistry) battery is recommended. Adding a safety fuse isn't a bad idea either.
