Well, I tried yesterday to go cold turkey off of nicotine, and it didn't work. I smoked 4 analogs and I've smoked about the same already this morning.
So I've ordered some nicotine ejuice and it should be here 2-5 days from now. In the meantime I'm going to go to town this morning and get some patches, to last me until it gets here. I was trying the nicotine gum and ecig with no nicotine, but the gum basically kills any flavor sensations I would get with the ecig. So that's no good. I seem to do fine with 14 mg patches, so I guess when I get my juice I'll start mixing it in at 14 mg to start with and slowly start weaning myself down. Does anyone know whether the nicotine in ejuice has the same body absorption rate as patches? ( Of course with the ejuice I won't be getting it as constant as with the patch, I realize that ) Somehow I doubt that any studies have been done on this yet, but if someone here knows I'd appreciate the input.
I guess step 1 of this whole process for me will be to get completly off the analogs!! I'm making that my Step 1 goal.
Also, what should I know about using caution in mixing juice with nicotine? I've heard it's very toxic and you should try to keep from getting it on your hands, and leakage from the cartomizer. Appreciate the suggestions.
