For those who don't know me, I'm Leaford. I've joined Bloog just a couple weeks ago or so, and from now on I will be the voice of Bloog here on our subforum. Bruce, aka Mr. Bloog, will still be around, and will help answer questions regarding specific orders, and general Bloog policies. But I will be doing most of the talking, helping you guys with any technical questions, giving you support and advice as you try to switch from dirty old analog cigs to sweet, clean, vaping, and generally trying to liven things up a bit.
For a bit of background on me, I'm an old forum vet whose been around since April 2008, and I was one of the earliest e-cig video reviewers. My videos can be seen at my blog, www.e-smoker-forever.com, or on my Youtube channel www.youtube.com/dhenschel05.
More recently, I spent over 9 months working at Vapor4Life, nearly half of that in Shenzhen, China, working with V4L's manufacturers to improve their product. I was quite successful at that, even if I do say so myself.
I made changes to V4L's passthroughs that have been spreading to other manufacturers and retailers. I discovered V4L's premium cartomizers, the first (as far as I'm aware) low-resistance cartos or attys on the market. LR attys and cartos are now very popular. And I helped another manufacturer's engineers improve what would later become V4L's CoolCarts, making them less prone to burning, and increasing their capacity.
I left V4L two months ago, after the death of my Mother. An experience like that makes a person re-evaluate their life, and I decided I needed a change. I will always be grateful for the opportunity V4L gave me, but it was time to move on.
I am back here in Shenzhen now, on Bloog's behalf, and my goal is to do the exact same thing for Bloog that I did at V4L. I am looking at new manufacturers, seeking out new technology, and I aim to raise Bloog's performance and quality to the very top of the industry, while simultaneously introducing some truly new and innovative tech.
I will also be working on improving this here subforum. One of the great things about e-cigs is that when you come here, to ECF, you have a whole community of people ready to help and support you as you drop the burning tobacco habit. But I haven't seen as much of that community feeling in Bloog's subforum as I'd like.
So, right here and now I am asking every Bloog customer who reads this (and anyone else, of course) to drop us a line or two. Introduce yourself. Tell us what you like about e-smoking, or what is still missing that you wish for. Tell us a joke. Tell us about your family, or pets.
I'm going to be around on this board every day, and I look forward to hearing from you all.
